Our unique design, modular, allows for extremely deep forming depths. Our machines are suitable for forming parts such as: spa shells, tubs, showers, refrigerator liners, satellite dishes.
Modular Design
Our innovative design permits the expansion of the heating surface and the changing from single to dual sided or multi-stationed production. Modular design allows for these configurations and various floor or ceiling mount options. This allows you to optimize quick part turn over as your company grows. Keep in mind that our heating surfaces are controlled by zones allowing for simultaneous pulling of diverse parts.
AL-Tool™
- Highly effective additive for high-heat ISO tooling laminating resins.
- Formulated for excellent air release, easy wet-out and improved structural strength.
- Long tool life even when incorporated in chopped strand application without loss of quality.
- Cost on large parts is reduced due to less labor and construction time.
- Contains no wax, sanding is not required.
T-Lam™
- Thixotropic dry mixed compound.
- Designed to be mixed with a high quality ISO or Vinyl Ester tooling resin.
- Optimizes heat, fatigue and distortion resistance of vacuum forming tooling surfaces.
- Minimizes print through.
